Return & Exchange Policy

• We do not offer exchanges on any products.

• Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• A ₹100 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Sale, discounted, or customised items are not eligible for return, unless defective.
